You are invited to ‘Social security benefits in Finland for immigrant’s – somewhat confusing, wouldn’t you say?’ by Liisa Hämeen-Anttila on Tuesday 21.8 at 6pm at New Arkadia ( Nervanderinkatu 11).

Liisa Hämeen-Anttila
will present an overall view of the cash benefits and pensions offered by the Finnish Insurance Institute (KELA) and insurance companies to people moving to Finland.

The talk will be in English but questions may be asked in Finnish and Swedish as well.

Liisa Hämeen-Anttila holds a Master of Law degree and has since continued to postgraduate studies at Faculty of Law in Helsinki University. She has worked for many years with insurance medicine and social insurances. At the moment she is working as a presenting officer at the Insurance Court.


Liisa Hämeen-Anttila, oikeustieteen maisteri ja nyttemmin myös jatko-opiskelija Helsingin yliopistossa, saapuu keskustelemaan tuista ja eläkkeistä, joita KELA ja vakuutusyhtiöt tarjoavat Suomeen muuttaville henkilöille. Hämeen-Anttila on työskennellyt useita vuosia vakuutuslääketieteen ja sosiaalivakuutuksen parissa. Tällä hetkellä hän työskentelee esittelijänä vakuutusoikeudessa.
