Architect Edit Bajsz will talk of Le Havre on Wednesday 26.8 at 6pm
Dear friend of Arkadia,
You are heartily welcome to join us on Wednesday 26.8 at 6pm at the bookshop and listen to architect Edit Bajsz share her impressions on the city of Le Havre that she visited and studied last summer. She’ll make a presentation of the architecture and the history of this remarkable city, and offer us her interesting insights.
Edit is a Hungarian architect who has lived in Finland since 2003. Cities exert a great fascination upon her. She is especially interested in the ideas that made cities to be.
Everyone is warmly invited to join the talk and discussion about Le Havre in particular and about cities in general!
Warm regards,
Ian

Le Havre, on the southern shores of the English Channel, is the 2nd largest port city of France and the 5th largest of the Northern waters of Europe. The exceptional reconstruction of its city centre after the devastation of WW II, put Le Havre on the map of architecture history.
