What: An evening of watching and discussing two short, impactful, and thought-provoking video lectures on topics related to debunking established norms through causal analysis by developmental economist Emily Oster and economist and author Steve Levitt.
The lectures, originally delivered at past TED conferences (www.ted.com), deal with the spread of HIV AIDS in Africa and the surprising ineffectiveness of child safety car seats!
