Friday 7.9 at 6pm at New Arkadia: ‘Open mic poetry reading’ event presented by Irma Keskinen

Dear friend of Arkadia,

You are invited to an `Open mic poetry reading’ event presented by Irma Keskinen on Friday 7.9 at 6pm at New Arkadia (Nervanderinkatu 11).

If you have never before dared to share your hidden talents with anyone, this is your opportunity to do so in front of a warm, attentive & appreciative audience willing to support you!

The invitation is open to anyone to recite their own poetic work, in any language whatsoever in a friendly and relaxed environment. Those who enjoy listening to others reading their work are also welcome to attend.

Warm regards,

Entrance is free and tea will be offered. A donation of €2 (or more!) to fund the event is suggested and would be most welcome!

If you wish to read please arrive 10 minutes prior to 6pm to sign up and insure you will be able to perform. Bring 1 or 2 poems of yours or your instrument (piano available onsite). You will have about 5 min to present your bio and poems/music. Performance can be in any language. If you are interested in participating, please send an email to Arkadia, so we can plan how many seats will be needed.
