Dear Friend of Arkadia, You are most warmly welcome to a concert by Tuomas Airola (cello) and Hannu Tenkanen (piano) at the bookshop on Monday 1.11 at 6pm! Programme: Prelude from the first cello-suite G-major by J.S.Bach Concerto D-major: Allegro- Larghetto- Allegro by Antonio Vivaldi Prelude, Bouree 1&2, Gigue from cello-suite 4 Es-major by J.S.Bach Chanson Sans Paroles by Felix Mendelsohn-Bartholdy Sanaton Laulu by Toivo Kuula Consolation by Taneli Kuusisto Warm regards, Ian Entrance is free and green tea will be served. A donation of €2 (or more!) is suggested and would be very welcome. Tuomas Airola: Born 1961in Suolahti. Tuomas has studied cello at the Ostrobothnian conservatory in Kokkola with Olli Kangas and Lauri Pulakka and in Warsaw, Poland with professor Kazimierz Michalik. Lately he has been studying with Seppo Laamanen. Hannu Tenkanen graduated from Sibelius-academy as a church musician. Hannu has worked with a number of choirs and as a church musician in Merikarvia church, The past years he has performed as an organist and cantor in Jyväskylä.
