Saturday 13.11 at 4pm: Chorus presents singer Johannes Laitila and Helsinki Poetry Connection

Dear friend of Arkadia, You are heartily invited by Chorus and the bookshop to yet another stupendous afternoon of Poetry and Pop on Saturday 13.11. at 4pm
Johannes Laitila will be play folk-influenced indie pop and Tuukka Terho, Kati Neuvonen and Kasper Salonen of Helsinki Poetry Connection will fill the stage with their words!

  Johannes Laitila is a singer-songwriter hailing from Helsinki, Finland. He strives for sincerity in anything he does. His music can be described as folk-influenced acoustic indie pop with lyrics about life. Johannes published his debut album Feathers earlier this year. Helsinki Poetry Connection on vuonna 2008 perustettu lavarunoustapahtumia järjestävä yhteisö, jonka tavoitteena on edistää kotimaisen runouden asemaa Suomessa sekä muualla maailmassa. HPC pyrkii nostamaan esille nuoria lahjakkaita tekstintekijöitä runouden ja rap-lyriikan parista.
