Dear friend of Arkadia,

You are invited to a Forró dance workshop by Vea Vainio on Saturday 16.1. at 4pm at Arkadia (Nervanderinkatu 11).

The class is open to anyone interested in moving together with other people. You don´t have to know any dance steps beforehand. The class is inspired by forró steps and movements, body awareness and improvisation -excercises.

Welcome to try out a Brasilian partner dance called forró on the 16th of January at 16.00-17.30!

The class will be held by a Finnish dancer Vea Vainio who learned to dance forró in Freiburg, Germany, while studying dance improvisation and new dance in Freiburg in Schule für Tanz, Improvisation und Performance.

The class will be held in English if there are non-Finnish-speakers.
