Richard Hogan, Architect and Urban Designer, will host the third Arkadia City Society discussion group. The group focuses on issues related to urban living, particularly in Helsinki.

Last month there was a lively discussion on the nature of public urban space and how architectural quality contributes to our urban experience. All those who wish to further explore the urban experience of Helsinki are welcome to attend.
