Dear friend of Arkadia,
You are invited to a recital by The duo Janneke Moes (voice) & Mercedes Krapovickas (bandoneon – arrangements) on Saturday 16.3 at 5pm at Arkadia (Nervanderinkatu 11).
www.youtube.com/watch
The duo Janneke Moes (voice) & Mercedes Krapovickas (bandoneon – arrangements) was formed in 2009 in Helsinki with the purpose of creating and playing their own arrangements of classical tangos as well as complete new compositions. The combination between the intense and lyrical voice of Janneke with the more “arrabalero” style of the bandoneon reminds the tango style of the late 30’s.
Welcome!
Warm regards,
Ian
