A donation of €2 (or more!) to fund the event is suggested and would be most welcome!  Syksy Räsänen This summer, Syksy Räsänen was part of a group of international volunteers who -together with Israeli Jews and Palestinians- rebuilt a home in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. He will discuss the experience, the political framework of the action and try to make sense of building one house given that 25 000 have been destroyed by the Israeli authorities since the beginning of the occupation in 1967. Syksy Räsänen is a physicist and activist. He works at the Department of Physics at the University of Helsinki and is a member of the Finnish branch of the Israeli Committee Against House demolitions.
