An exquisite brunch indeed! The menu includes warm oven-baked bread with different kinds of oriental toppings such as baba ganoush, hummus and tsatziki with a nice side salad tabbouleh-style. Mama Gysin’s secret recipe for Swiss fresh muesli will charm you for sure and the sweet dessert cakes with chocolate and cheese could cure any hangover or sorrow. Hot coffee, ice coffee, tea and homemade fresh ‘n’ cool Juice are also there to keep the food company.

From 4pm to 7pm:Celebrate Chinese New Year with a 6 course mouth-watering and extraordinary Shanghai menu by Thomas Tsang for just €6!

5) Sweet Lil on a Blondie – Sweet Red bean on a sweet Dutch butter cake

6) Spicy goji dark raw artisan chocolate by Petit Plaer
