Petteri Mäkiniemi plays Ginette, his own DIY-instrument. Ginette is an analog synthesizer based on the early electronic instrument Ondes Martenot. In his music, he builds slowly changing harmonic and timbral loops.

Ava Grayson is a Helsinki-based sound artist and composer, who works with her own experimental software instruments. Her sounds are gathered as carefully chosen collections, and are often highly manipulated to form textural sonic environments.

Both Petteri and Ava study in Sound in New Media master’s programme at Aalto University.
