Dear friend of Arkadia, You are heartily welcome to listen to two Finnish pop bands, Vauva and the Antti Autio Trio, on Wednesday 20.10 at 6pm! Vauva is an extremely versatile four-piece art rock band. It successfully mixes everything from metal to dadaistic folk and violin to grungy distorted guitars to form interesting songs with pop-like choruses in their music. They are also known for their intriguing visual outlook on music. The musicians are: Mikko Toiviainen, Ina Aaltojärvi, Roope Mantere and Jussi Liukkonen. Antti Autio Trio is a quartet from Helsinki and Turku that plays Finnish folkrock-music with focus on singer-songwriter styled lyrical touches.
