Simon is a personal trainer at Elixia Salmisaari, a sports coach and health and fitness enthusiast living Helsinki after moving from New Zealand three years ago. He has been involved in the fitness industry professionally for 10 years, having completed his Master of Science – Sport and Exercise Science degree to compliment his practical experience.
